Our promise to you

ChronoVault doesn't use your personal information of watch owners to verify authenticity. Instead we use a combination of timestamping, ownership verification checks, automated image recognition and other counter-fraud measures to check the watch itself. This means that our privacy policy is very simple:

Other than your email address to login, ChronoVault does not request any of your personal information.

We don't collect names, addresses, dates of birth or ask for your ID. ChronoVault doesn't collect metadata such as IP addresses, browsing history or any social metadata from its users, even when they register with us using Facebook, Google or Instagram. We don't serve ads and we don't use cookies to track other websites that users might have visited.

ChronoVault optionally allows users to add a username to increase anonymity. Paid subscription members may add add their company details, address and website in order to identify themselves to other users on <a href="/">ChronoVault.

No user can see any personally identifiable information about another user on ChronoVault.

Information uploaded by users remains completely private unless they explicitly chooses to share it. userU can change sharing access any any time. All data is fully encrypted when in transit and when stored our databases. Unlike other platforms, we use a highly reputable authentication service firm to manage your password rather than store it ourselves.
